Everything you need to know before you order — how your mystery box ships, what happens if something's wrong, and our 21+ requirement.

You must be 21 or older to purchase from THE 420 BOX. By placing an order you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your area. All products are smoking accessories and head-shop gear only — no cannabis or tobacco is ever included.
Age Verification
- THE 420 BOX sells accessories intended for adults 21 and older. By ordering, you confirm you meet that requirement.
- We may request a valid government-issued ID before processing, and your carrier may require an adult signature on delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we can't verify as meeting the age requirement.
- Products are not intended for minors — please keep out of reach of children.
Shipping
- Processing: orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Discreet packaging: every box ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging — nothing on the outside hints at what's inside.
- Delivery & tracking: orders ship with tracking and you'll get a tracking number by email once yours is on the way. Most arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping cost: is a flat rate of $10.
- Where we ship: we currently ship within the United States. We can't ship where these products are restricted by local law — please confirm they're legal in your area before ordering.
- Returned packages: if a package comes back as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; reshipping fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds
- Mystery boxes are non-returnable based on the specific items received — the surprise is the whole point, so we can't accept returns over which items came in your box.
- Damaged or defective: if an item arrives broken or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund the affected item.
- Wrong or missing items: if something's incorrect or missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
- Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they ship — reach out as soon as possible.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
